Wadson Espindola
Founder
Wadson is a seasoned entrepreneur with a deep passion for real estate and financial markets. @ NewDeal Capital his primary focus is identifying new opportunities in growth markets that yield exceptional financial results for first-time and repeat investors. Prior to founding New Deal Capital he found early success in the technology startup space and single family investing market. Additionally, he's able to apply a sound risk management approach acquired from his tenure @ a large national P&C insurer when underwriting residential multifamily properties.

He's committed to helping families through volunteering work via Habitat for Humanity.

Wadson received his bachelor's degree from Northeastern University in Finance with a double minor in Engineering/International Relations.
Steeve Breton
Advisor
Steeve has invested in over 3,500 apartment units (valued at nearly $200MM) and has diverse real estate experience. He has built a strong network of seasoned real estate professionals and trusted advisers.
His conservative approach and analytical skills enable him to clearly assess risk and invest wisely to maximize client returns while preserving their principal.
Steeve often speaks at national real estate conferences and has been interviewed on numerous podcasts.
He is also a real estate coach where he teaches how to invest in large multifamily properties for cash flow.
He has an MBA from Babson College’s Olin School of Business. He is also an active volunteer and board member for his local food pantry.
